All leads but doubles changed hands in the second weekend of the Madison Area USBC Open Championships — aka the City Tournament — as Jim Fosdick totaled 2,244 all-events with 813 singles, and SBI State slammed 3,606 in team. The prior leaders were Brian Hoffman with 2,237 in all-events and 800 in singles, and Birrenkott Surveying 2 in team with 3,336, as detailed in my story after the opening day.
