For the first time since the re-launch of the PWBA Tour in 2015, a new year is set to begin with a player other than Liz Johnson as the reigning PWBA Player of the Year. Obviously, there wasn't a reigning PWBA Player of the Year in 2015 — you couldn't realistically go back to the old PWBA that went dark in 2003 — and Liz Johnson was the PWBA Player of the Year in 2015, 2016 and 2017.  But Shannon O'Keefe ended Johnson's reign in 2018, so the 2019 PWBA Tour begins with a new...
