Canada’s Francois Lavoie fired 804 his final three games to grab the singles gold medal Tuesday at the 2019 Pan American Bowling Confederation Men's Championships in Lima, Peru. The 26-year-old right-hander, who won the U.S. Open in 2016, fired games of 266, 224, 199, 257, 279 and 268 for a 1,493 total on the 41-foot World Bowling Rome lane pattern as he competed on the first of three squads at the new Bowling Center of La Villa Deportiva Nacional.
