After a year off due to injury, Doug Forde got back to the winner’s circle by defeating Jacob Ligenza 256-224 in the title match to win the Wolf River Scratch Bowlers Tour tournament at Whitetail Lanes in Amherst on Sunday, the WRSBT reported at its Facebook page.
