Whether there were any surprises in which players were kept and dropped by PBA League managers in “Declaration Day” on Tuesday is simply a matter of opinion, much like transactions in any sport. But there was one undeniable surprise dropped during the Declaration Day show that aired live on the PBA Facebook page.
