In an extraordinary turn of events in the oiling fiascos at the 2023 USBC Queens and PWBA Grand Rapids Classic, Kegel on Monday afternoon issued a statement from CEO Chris Chartrand explaining what happened. Kegel does the lanes for the PWBA, but they are hired by and under the direction of USBC/BPAA/PWBA.
