Pete Weber beat Brian Voss 659-618 to earn the top seed in a star-studded field for Sunday’s stepladder finals of the 2015 United States Bowling Congress Senior Masters at Ashwaubenon Bowl in suburban Green Bay, and that top seed is twice as valuable as it has been in past years, USBC reported.
