The PBA has added four new lane patterns named for legends Del Ballard Jr., Mike Aulby, Marshall Holman and Billy Hardwick, according to the PBA lane patterns page. The Ballard pattern is 34 feet, the Aulby pattern is 38 feet, the Holman pattern is 41 feet, and the Hardwick pattern is 44 feet. There now are eight animal and 16 legends lane patterns.
