After a couple of disappointing misses of stepladder finals in legend championships at PBA50 World Series of Bowling IV, a determined Mika Koivuniemi took the lead at the 2026 PBA50 World Championship in Wednesday’s advancers round, as I detailed in this story.
That left him 16 games of round-robin match play on Thursday at AMF Southtown Lanes in Bloomington, Minnesota from earning the top seed for the stepladder finals of the World Championship.
