If you watched Sunday’s telecast of the stepladder finals of the PBA World Championship, you had to say Parker Bohn III’s win simply was meant to be.
He barely grabbed the 24th and final spot for match play, then rallied to just sneak into the stepladder finals, where he seemingly got every good break and his opponents got every bad break. Perhaps it was a payoff of sorts for all those Steve Nagy awards he won through the years.
