Lauren Sammel slammed a 299 game in a 735 series, Jacob Thomas fired an 805 series, and Heath Coenen rolled a perfect game to highlight Madison area bowling on Tuesday.
Sammel, who rolled 300 games at Dream Lanes on Aug. 29 and Bowl-A-Vard Lanes on Feb. 15, slammed her 299 and 735 in the Village Lanes All-Star Co-Ed Classic League. It was her eighth 700 of the season, tops among Madison area women by two over Becky James.
Thomas' second 800 of the season featured a 289 game and came in the Ten Pin Alley Fifth Quarter League. Thomas also recorded a 300 on the Team USA Mexico City Sport pattern this season.
Coenen's sixth career 300 came in a 678 series in the Bowl-A-Vard Lanes Merchants League.
Doris Anderson was second for the women on Tuesday with a 695 in the Village Co-Ed Classic, followed by James with 680 in the Ten Pin Fifth Quarter.
Kevin Figy was second-high on Tuesday with a 793 in the Dream Early Men's League.
Other men's series of 750 or higher were 792 by Jim Fosdick and 762 by Al Speropulos in the Dream All-Star Classic League, 767 by Dave Rasmussen in the Bowl-A-Vard High Life Senior Masters League, 755 by Joe Mueller in the Village Co-Ed Classic, and 751 by Mark Schultz in the Rude's Lanes Suburban League.
