U.S. sweeps gold medals in team at World Bowling Senior Championships

Anyone thinking it was a foregone conclusion that the U.S. would win the gold medals in team event at the 2015 World Bowling Senior Championships need only look at the results of the 2013 World Bowling Senior Championships to see how wrong they were. In 2013, Sweden swept the gold medals, while the U.S. men won silver and U.S. women bronze. That does not mean the strong U.S. teams weren’t the favorites, which they probably were.
