Adam Bannach fired a perfect game and Jeff Barsness fell a pin shy of perfection to highlight Madison area bowling on Wednesday.
Bannach’s third career 300 came in a 697 series in the Badger Bowl Mixed Major League.
Barsness’ 299 game came in a 719 in the Sport Bowl All-Stars League.
Jack Mortenson rolled the high series on Wednesday with a 769, also in the Sport All-Stars.
Other men’s series of 750 or higher were 760 by John Losse in the Dream Lanes Classic league, 758 by Tim Gille in the Viking Lanes Classic League, and 751 by Chris Warner in the Sugar River Lanes Badger League.
Kim Zimmerman led women’s scoring on Wednesday with a 673 in the Prairie Lanes Eagles 623 League.
Lauren Sammel was next with a 624 in the Dream Major League.
