Jeff Shockley and Scott Ringgenberg fired perfect games, with Shockley's coming in an 810 series, to highlight Madison area bowling on Thursday.
Competing in the in the Schwoegler's St. James League, Shockley started with games of 265 and 245 before finishing with his fifth career 300.
Ringgenberg's second career 300 came in a 718 series in the Ten Pin Alley Thunder League.
Randy Adler fell a shot shy of perfection with a 297 game in a 720 series in the Black Earth Lanes Businessmen's League.
Heath Coenen was second for the men on Thursday with a 762 in the Dream Lanes Suburban Atlas League.
Mary Lo led the women on Thursday with a 679 in the Prairie Lanes Classic League.
Next at 653 each were Cathy Goodweiler in the Bowl-A-Vard Lanes OM Fine Products League and Diane Baumgartner in the Riviera Bowl Gutter Dusters League.
