The PBA Tour generally does the right thing when it’s an obvious thing. Such was the case Friday when PBA announced that the PBA Playoffs would be a Tour title event in 2020, and that Kris Prather would be awarded a title for his win in the 2019 PBA Playoffs. Prather beat Bill O'Neill in the title match to win the 2019 Playoffs. PBA Tour Commissioner Tom Clark said in a message exchange that he made the decision after discussing it with Brad Miller, chair of the PBA Players Committee....
