It would be 100% understandable if Dasha Kovalova struggled on the lanes — or even declined to bowl — with her native country of Ukraine fighting for its survival against the criminal regime of Russia. The flip side is using bowling as an escape from the stress, which is what Kovalova told PWBA she has been doing.
