Zeke Bayt fired a 795 to take the singles lead at the United States Bowling Congress Open Championships in Reno, Nev., according to the Open Championships leaderboards. Bayt rolled games of 288, 268 and 239 to edge past previous leader John Szczerbinski by six pins. Bayt, 20, is a regional staffer with DV8 who bowled collegiately for Pikeville. Former PBA exempt pro Jason Lundquist posted that Bayt is, "One of the best young talents to come out of Columbus. Just seemed to come out of no here...
