The battle for the final spot in the stepladder finals of the Go Bowling! PBA 60th Anniversary Classic went down to the final ball, with Shota Kawazoe edging out Bill O’Neill by a single pin on Friday night at Woodland Bowl in Indianapolis.
Andrew Anderson, who finished third on Sunday in the PBA Tournament of Champions, also was in the running as he was looking at a potential 278 final game when he left a brutal solid 9-pin in the ninth frame. Anderson finished 12 pins behind Kawazoe....
