Tournament seeks to answer question: Is lane pattern or technology bigger factor in scoring?

I did a Q&A conference call with IBPSIA members last week and it led to Craig Spencer of the Phoenix area sending me the flyer for a totally cool tournament I want to see happen around Madison so I can compete under the format.
