2018 Senior State Tournament a weekend to remember — for many reasons

To compete in the Wisconsin State Senior Championships — aka the Senior State Tournament — you have to be 55.
As I explained in a story years ago, the reason it’s 55 is to keep entries at a lower level than they would be if it were 50 so that the tournament can go to smaller centers in cities where the State Tournament cannot.
