Norm Duke suffered a tough 198-192 loss to Lennie Boresch Jr. in Saturday’s title match of the PBA50 National Championship. Switching back and forth between playing direct, hooking it, and playing direct, Duke left a 2-pin in the 10th frame then struck on his fill ball, enabling Boresch to double in the 10th to pass him. Had he made the adjustment he made for the fill ball for his first shot in the 10th, he might have been able to lock Boresch out. But like the 38-time PBA Tour champion...
