Ukraine's Daria Kovalova averaged 249 to lead Thursday’s first-round qualifying at the 2018 United States Bowling Congress Queens at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno. The 23-year-old right-hander topped the 191-player field by rolling games of 236, 247, 236, 259 and 267 for a 1,245 total.
