Mike Dias soared into the lead at the 2018 United States Bowling Congress Super Senior Classic on Friday with a second consecutive qualifying round in which he averaged nearly 240.
After totaling 1,439 in Thursday’s first round, the smooth lefty rolled games of 258, 212, 203, 226, 266 and 269 for 1,434 in Friday’s second round at Sam's Town Bowling Center in Las Vegas, giving him a 12-game total of 2,873 (239.42 average).
