Matt Kuba, a 26-year-old newcomer to PBA competition from the Chicago area, edged past 2016 PBA Player of the Year E.J. Tackett to take the lead after the second round of the PBA Xtra Frame Parkside Lanes Open in the Chicago suburb of Aurora.
