Update Aug. 24: In posts and comments on its Facebook page, Schwoegler's Entertainment Center said it would start fall volleyball leagues the week of Aug. 27 with the volleyball bar open, the inside bar and food would open Sept. 4, and that fall bowling leagues would be happening "just starting a little later than planned" in "mid-November," with new lanes.&nbsp;&nbsp;
