Magic number is 1,464 as Quinton Bohlen holds on to win Petersen Classic with stunning 1,669

Quinton Bohlen’s stunning 1,669 on Aug. 18 held on to win the 2018 Petersen Classic and also ended up as the only score to break 1,600 this year, according to unofficial final standings posted here. I wrote up Bohlen’s huge score in this story. Luke Voaklander ended up second with 1,582, as I detailed in this story when he shot that score and took the lead.
