For East Coast youth bowlers, the 7^th Danny Wiseman Youth Scholarship Tournament Oct. 6-7 at AMF Country Club Lanes in Baltimore.

He said the tournament again will deliver more than $25,000 in scholarship funds to the youth bowlers. (The scholarships funds go through the PJBT and its MAPS scholarship system.)

As with so many other tops pros, Wiseman said in a message that the tournament is “my way of giving back to the area bowling community.”

The Hall of Famer said his tournament draws entries from eight states, with three 114-player squads of qualifying, which helps make it worth writing up for me.

The presenting sponsor is Charis Contractors LLC.
