The remnants of Hurricane Florence wreaked havoc on the opening day of the 2018 PWBA Tour Championship Monday at the Old Dominion Building at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Virginia. The historic storm, which devastated North Carolina, finally started moving north and reached Richmond on Monday in time to cause leaks in roof of the Old Dominion Building and later power outages.
