In a perfect world, local and state men’s women’s and youth associations would have merged when their national counterparts the American Bowling Congress, Women’s International Bowling Congress, Young American Bowling Alliance, and USA Bowling did so on Jan. 1, 2005 to form the United States Bowling Congress.
