If there is anyone who deserves to enjoy retirement it is Rich Weber, as he has been dealing with professional bowlers for more than three decades.
And I am speaking as one of those bowlers who has been an occasional headache for him for all of those three decades — I started as a PBA Regional competitor right at the time Rich, his legendary dad Dick, and brother John started running the Midwest PBA in the mid-1980s.
