E.J. Tackett and Andrew Anderson soared to the top as doubles qualifying concluded Wednesday at the 2018 World Bowling World Men’s Championships in Hong Kong. Tackett fired games of 235, 257, 289, 224, 192 and 224 for 1,421, and Anderson added 223, 192, 242, 219, 257 and 202 for 1,355 as they totaled 2,756 to lead the 265-player field from 47 countries.
