Petersen Classic will pay 75 $1,000 spots, boost Hotel prize list in 2019

The Petersen Classic announced Thursday that it will pay 75 $1,000 spots and boost the Hotel prize list in 2019. Although entries declined 6 percent from 2,788 in 2017 to 2,624 in 2018, the Petersen Classic paid 49 $1,000 spots in the main singles prize list in 2018, up from 47 in 2017, as I reported in this story in September.
