Two scratch leads changed hands at the Madison Area USBC Open Championships — aka the City Tournament — at Schwoegler’s on Saturday as Dream Lanes took the team lead with 3,619 and Marc McDowell and myself grabbed the doubles lead with 1,549. Heading into the weekend, the leaders were SBI State with 3,606 in team, Brian Hoffman and Ken Duffield with 1,471 in doubles, and Jim Fosdick with 2,244 in all-events and 813 in singles.
