In a move that was entirely expected, the United States Bowling Congress is recommending that delegates at the 2019 Annual Meeting reject Doug Sass’ proposal to change USBC bylaws to allow delegates to vote electronically without being at the Annual Meeting, according to the 2019 Legislative Review posted at BOWL.com.
