The draft pool for the PBA League is getting even more exclusive in 2019.
The draft for the 2017 PBA League was marred by retired star Mike Fagan’s allegation that PBA CEO and Commissioner Tom Clark influenced teams' picks, an allegation Clark categorically denied, as I detailed in this story.
