Zeke Bayt, a 27-year-old right-hander who is seeking his first PBA Tour title, averaged more than 244 Saturday to lead the opening qualifying round in the PBA Lubbock Sports Shootout presented by Ebonite at South Plains Lanes in Lubbock, Texas, the PBA reported in this news release.
