Saudi Arabia sending team to World Bowling Women's World Championships for first time

It doesn’t mean women have equal rights in Saudi Arabia, but having the country send a team to the World Bowling Women’s World Championships for the first time is a tiny step forward.
World Bowling announced the news of Saudi Arabia’s participation in the tournament being held in Las Vegas Aug. 22-30 in this news release Thursday.
