Brian LeClair almost certainly isn’t going to catch Walter Ray Williams Jr. as PBA50 Player of the Year, but a late-season surge is giving him one of the best almost Player of the Year seasons in PBA50 history.
The 2017 PBA50 Player of the Year won back-to-back titles earlier this month in the PBA50 River City Extreme and South Shore Opens, and continued his late-season surge by taking the lead as qualifying ended Saturday at the PBA50 Spectrum Lanes Open presented by DV8.
