In a title match that went down to the final shot, Junior Team USA’s Nate Stubler edged fellow lefty Brandon Mooney to win the 2019 GIBA 11thFrame.com Open on Sunday at Cherry Lanes in Dubuque, Iowa. Finishing first, Mooney needed three strikes and a 2-count to lock out Stubler, got two but then came up light and left a 3-5-6 that he spared for 224.
