In a mostly star-spangled Thursday at South Point Bowling Plaza in Las Vegas, Team USA won gold medals in singles and trios, while Sweden won in doubles at the 2019 World Bowling Women’s World Championships. In singles, Danielle McEwan beat teammate Shannon O’Keefe 259-193 in the title match after topping Lee Nayoung of Korea 256-173 in the semifinals.
