Brittany Pollentier fell a pin shy of perfection and an 800 series to highlight Madison area bowling late Wednesday and Thursday. Pollentier, who has at least six career 300 games, fired a 299 game in a 799 series in the Dream Lanes Major League. The 799 is the highest series by a Madison area woman this season.
