Chris Pounders fired a perfect game as he took the doubles lead with Heath Haug and also the all-events lead on Saturday at the 2020 Madison Area USBC Open Championships &mdash; aka the City Tournament&nbsp;&mdash; at Schwoegler&rsquo;s.
But on Sunday, Mike Hoffman slammed an 800 series in doubles and was one of two bowlers to pass Pounders in all-events with one weekend to go in the tournament.&nbsp;
