Anthony Simonsen maintained his lead and Carmen Salvino said a tearful goodbye as qualifying ended Thursday at the 2020 PBA Tournament of Champions at AMF Riviera Lanes in Fairlawn, Ohio. Simonsen, whose seven PBA Tour titles include two majors, with 1,296 in his 6-game third round totaled 4,011 for 18 games, and was followed by Cristian Azcona with 3,954, A.J. Johnson 3,951, E.J.
