Storm Layout Adapter aims to compensate for ending of weight holes

If you were living under a rock, weight holes were banned under a USBC rule that took effect on Aug. 1. That leaves anyone with a favorite ball with a weight hole in a tough spot: Plugging that hole will change the reaction and probably make it not quite as much of a favorite.
