15-year-old, 2-handed lefty Eric Jones breaks record as youngest to win a PBA Regional title

Eric Jones won the PBA Oklahoma City Southwest Open on Sunday to become the youngest ever to win a PBA Regional at 15 years, 263 days. The 2-handed lefty who doesn't turn 16 until Jan. 17 ran away with the win, averaging 231.38 and going 8-0 in match play as he finished 310 pins head of Shawn Maldonado, according to the results of the 66-player tournament posted here at PBA.com.
