In&nbsp;an interview earlier this month with MSNBC, Dr. Anthony Fauci predicted COVID-19 vaccines could be available to everyone in the U.S. by the end of March or beginning of April&nbsp;and most people could be vaccinated by late spring or early summer, meaning "the level of infection will be so low in society we can start essentially approaching some form of normality."
