Youth bowler Brayton Fandrich, 17, slammed an 802 series, Brian Hoffman fired an 846 that featured a perfect game and Mary Lo continued her hot season with a 738 to highlight the past week of individual certified play in the Madison Area USBC.

Fandrich chained games of 259, 278 and 265 in the Riviera Bowl Majors Junior League for the highest series for a youth bowler in the center’s history.

Hoffman rolled games of 267 and 279 before closing with the 300 at Oregon Bowl to set a new record for that venerable center.

Lo bowled games of 264, 246 and 228 at Ten Pin Alley for her 12th 700 of the season, the most in her career. She again was using her Roto Grip RUBICON, which she said in a message is the “best ball I’ve ever had I think, with CRUX PRIME being #2.”

Brittany Pollentier was next for the women with 708 at Dream Lanes and Lauren Sammel recorded a 702 at Bowl-A-Vard Lanes for her fourth 700 of the year.

Two men fell a pin shy of perfection at Dream Lanes: Dylon Wilde’s 299 came in a 772 and Tony Pena’s 299 came in a 762.
