Dasha Kovalova won the 2021 PWBA Twin Cities Open in a double rout in Saturday’s stepladder finals on BowlTV. After Hall of Famer Kelly Kulick defeated Erin McCarthy 245-226, Kovalova overwhelmed Kulick 258-161 and top seed Missy Parkin 268-173 to take the $10,000 top prize at Cedarvale Lanes in Eagan, Minnesota.
