Illinois sweeps Wisconsin and Indiana to take the 2021 Lake Michigan Cup

Illinois swept Wisconsin and Indiana to romp to the championship of the 2021 Lake Michigan Cup on Saturday at Towne & Country Lanes in Joliet, Illinois.

The players competed in singles, doubles, mixed doubles, trios, and 4-man team, with points awarded for each set.

Illinoi beat Wisconsin 75-45 and Indiana 71.5-48.5, and Wisconsin beat Indiana 67.5-52.5

That produced overall standings of 146.5 for Illinois, 107.5 for Wisconsin, and 106 for Indiana.

The boys individual leaders in total pins were Connor Pula of Indiana at 1,229, Rylee Schwartz of Wisconsin 1,198, and Cameron Crowe of Illinois 1,196.

The boys individual leaders in total pins were Lani Breedlove of Illinois with 1,140, Abbie Leiendecker of Indiana 1,138, and Isabella Colon of Indiana 1,127.
