The Midwest Championship Doubles presented by Bowlers Headquarters this year is moving to AMF West, 7505 W. Oklahoma Ave. in Milwaukee, on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 9:30 a.m. The entry fee is $200 ($165 to prize fund, $35 to lineage and expense), with a $100 deposit by Dec. 1 confirming a spot.
